Our highly trained staff are highly sought after professionals, as a result weekends and evenings book out quickly. If you require a specific day or time we highly suggest you book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
A booking deposit of $50 is required for 60+ minutes.
if you need to cancel some of your appointment we kindly ask that you give us notice to adjust your time accordingly.
Our aim is to provide you the best possible service. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork that may be required before a treatment.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. To help you with this we send you a complimentary SMS reminder 24 hours prior. A friend or family member is welcome to take your booking, or we kindly request 24 hours notice cancellation so we can fill your booking with someone on our waiting list. If you fail to provide us with 24hours notice your deposit will be forfeited. A booking fee may be required to secure another appointment. We can not accept messages left on social media, txt replies or emails as this is not monitored outside of salon hours.
